Intel as an Italian Linguist and Software
Tester. Frustrated by the inconsistent service quality
offered by the many vendors he worked
with, Ernesto sought the opportunity of
creating a company that would consistently offer high-quality
translation and language-related services. Globalization Group
was born with the precise goal of satisfying
the high standards imposed by its founders. |

Reid also strives to help GGI focus on the company vision - to be the market's top choice for language solutions worldwide. Before creating GGI, Reid worked for a
global securities firm in Japan. |

| Adam Wooten, Vice President of Strategy & Business Development |
Adam has experience in all aspects of the translation and localization industry. He began on the linguistic side a decade ago as a Spanish court interpreter and an in-house translator, but quickly moved to the business side and gained experience in translation management, technology, and business development. Before joining GGI, Adam was a country director and director of automated language solutions. |
Adam teaches translation technology courses as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University and the Monterey Institute of International Studies. He is a frequent speaker at language industry events and maintains the popular language industry blog called T&I Business. |
He earned an MBA in International Management and an MA in Translation from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and also a BA in Spanish Translation from Brigham Young University. |
Favorite Food: Most foods with a lot of spice, especially Indian and Thai food. |
Favorite Pastimes: Spending time with his wife and son, all high adventure sports, teaching |

| Kevin has a unique combination of education and experience that enhances his awareness of client localization needs. With a total of 15 years experience in the localization industry, five of which were spent on the client side, Kevin knows what it’s like to wait for supplier deliveries down to a project deadline. Kevin has had close ties to corporations such as 3COM, Iomega, Xerox, Disney and FrontRange Solutions all of which provided a well-rounded view of client needs and possibilities. Kevin is the recipient of the 2004 CSN Excellence Award - Localization Manager of the Year. He has published and presented several papers on localization. |
